Criteria

The Design Gene accepts great websites of any type, including Flash, CSS, Blogs, etc. The criteria for approval is pretty loose; we’re looking for great websites of any type. The look of the website is of course the first thing considered. Minimal, grunge, vintage, cartoon, corporate…. any and every style is considered. Although we will not validate your code, we encourage you to only submit websites created using w3 standards and that have been cross-browser tested.

What’s Not Accepted

Plaigerized websites, obscene material, and adult content sites will not be considered. Incomplete websites, those with poorly written CSS or XHTML, and those that have significant cross-browser issues will not be accepted.
